OMAA offers two three-day Workshops each year--one in the spring and one in the fall. We also offer one-day Aspiring CAO Sessions, CAO Connections, and Webinars to keep members connected and informed throughout the year. Networking and professional development are key planks of our strategic plan and we are committed to continuous improvement to continue to meet our members' needs in these areas.
Interested in participating or exhibiting in one of our events? Check out our 2025 Partnership Guide for more information.
OMAA brings together CAOs and aspiring CAOs for conversation, connection, and learning in smaller group settings across Ontario.
These complimentary events for members bring in experts on current issues, offering opportunities for interaction and experience exchanges.
Sometimes we don't have the time or resources to travel. OMAA offers a range of webinars on the latest tools, technologies, and issues facing the municipal sector. Check our calendar for the latest offerings.
We host two workshops per year--one in the spring and one in the fall. These events provide all of the networking, exhibits, and professional development of a conference along with the discussion, problem-solving and hands-on development of policies of a workshop.
OMAA workshops include a mix of social events, keynote speakers, educational sessions, quick hits, and sponsored sessions--all aimed at giving CAOs and Aspiring CAOs the tools they need to be more effective. Registration options include the full package, Thursday Only, and Live Stream for those unavailable to attend in person.
Check out the latest Program-at-a-Glance for information about topics, speakers, and social events.
