Municipal Compensation Database

The Municipal Compensation Database (MCD) is a platform with CAO leadership in mind, that's based on municipal Human Resources principles. The MCD is a cloud-based platform to collect and aggregate current municipal compensation and human resources information, tailored for delivery directly to municipal users. It also includes Council Compensation, Job Descriptions and Organizational Charts.

Avoid costly surveys and consultants. MCD provides you with quick and easy access to real-time, statistically valid municipal compensation data and human resources information whenever you need it. OMAA members can take advantage of discounted pricing.

Perkopolis

With Perkopolis, you can save more on everything from clothes and groceries, to events and travel. This perks program is free for you, so get ready to enjoy members-only offers.

To register simply go to perkopolis.com and enter your email address. You will then receive a link to complete your registration with your member ID code (OMAA + your member ID#), ex: OMAA1201.

muniServ

muniSERV provides a free suite of tools for municipalities. You and/or any member of your staff can register to access your municipality's dashboard to use these tools. Registration is free and it takes less than a minute.

There is no other known site in Canada today that does what muniSERV does: to provide one convenient location to help municipalities and professionals connect. Searchable databases have been developed focusing on specific municipal needs.
